Experteer Overview
In this role you will design and maintain secure, scalable on-prem Kubernetes clusters as part of Airbus’ Systems Centre of Competence in the Highly Integrated Systems domain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve multisystem architectures for aerospace applications, focusing on secure, air-gapped environments and modular integration. Your work will enable reliable, compliant infrastructure that supports next‑gen air power systems. This is an opportunity to shape deployment practices and automation within a critical aerospace program.

• Design, implement and maintain on-prem Kubernetes clusters with secure deployments
• Manage containerisation workflows using Docker and Linux containers
• Apply IaC through Ansible for configuration and Terraform for provisioning
• Handle environment management in local and air-gapped contexts
• Administer Linux and Windows systems for robust performance
• Configure secure networking (SSH, HTTPS)



and manage virtualised storage
• Set up centralized logging and monitoring; build automation with Python and Bash
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to deliver compliant, scalable solutions

Responsabilidades
• Degree in a relevant engineering field or equivalent practical DevOps/Systems experience
• Proven Kubernetes cluster management and networking expertise
• Strong Linux and Windows administration
• Familiarity with network protocols and secure connections/firewalls
• Ability to work in secure, air-gapped environments
• Excellent communication skills in English (German/French advantageous)
