The Recipe (About the Role)
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join the Weetabix team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our manufacturing operations.
In this influential leadership position, you will oversee all engineering activity across the site, ensuring our equipment, facilities, and systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently. You'll lead and develop a team of Lead Engineers and Multi-Skilled Engineers,



fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.
Combining strategic thinking with operational leadership, you will drive asset reliability, optimise site performance, embed engineering best practice, and ensure compliance with statutory and safety requirements. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help build engineering capability and deliver sustainable business results.
- Lead and develop the engineering team to deliver safe, reliable and high-performing operations.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, legal requirements and safe systems of work, including Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations (PUWER), Pressure Systems Safety Regulations (PSSR), Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV), Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) and Permit to Work processes.
