Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive HBX Group's inorganic growth through acquisitions, partnerships, and divestments. You will lead complex transactions from origination to closing, collaborating with Legal, Tax, Finance and Strategy to create long-term value. The position sits within the Investor Relations u0026amp; Corporate Development team and requires rigorous analysis, governance, and execution excellence in a fast-paced, publicly listed environment. You will influence senior leadership decisions and shape strategic outcomes for a leading travel tech group.

• Support development and execution of inorganic growth strategy
• Identify and evaluate acquisition, investment, and partnership opportunities aligned to priorities
• Maintain and refine a deal pipeline and investment theses
• Perform market, industry, and competitor analysis to spot trends
• Lead end-to-end transaction execution from assessment to closing
• Oversee valuation, financial modelling, due diligence, and deal structuring




• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisers throughout transactions
• Drive negotiations and support documentation and execution
• Develop financial analyses and investment recommendations for senior leadership and board
• Support corporate initiatives beyond Mu0026A and advise on strategic projects

Responsabilidades
• 8–10+ years in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related finance
• Proven track record leading complex Mu0026A from origination to completion
• Strong financial modelling, valuations, and investment recommendations
• Experience engaging with senior executives and board-level stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in dynamic environments
• International and cross-border transaction experience preferred
• Experience in travel, technology, digital marketplace or consumer sectors advantageous
• Fluency in business-level English (written and spoken)
