Experteer Overview
As Director of Solution Management, you will own the strategy for integrated, end-to-end solutions across the portfolio and align product strategies into a cohesive ecosystem. You’ll collaborate with Product Management Directors to orchestrate cross-domain solutions spanning data, surgical, restorative, manufacturing and digital platforms, delivering measurable customer and business value. The role emphasizes portfolio thinking, solution design, and cross-functional leadership to evolve solutions at scale. You will drive adoption and measurable impact while shaping a customer-focused, innovative solution strategy.

• Define and monitor measures for solution adoption, performance, customer value and business impact
• Identify opportunities for innovation from integrating products, services and capabilities

Responsabilidades
• Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Dentistry or related field
• Significant experience in Product Management, Solution Management or closely related function
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives on a functional basis
• Experience working across complex, multidisciplinary portfolios and organizational structures
• Experience in medical devices
• Good understanding of software development and Agile ways of working
• Ability to influence across organizational and business-unit boundaries
• Strong strategic, analytical and decision-making skills
• Clear and effective communication, aligning diverse stakeholders
• Business-fluent English
