What we look for? We are looking for a

Forward Deployed Engineer

to play a key role in helping our software development teams migrate to the cloud and adopt DevOps best practices across the project of the client from the banking sector.

Work Location: Work model in hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH), Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

Support multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and product teams in

onboarding to our internal DevOps platform

and

curated Azure services

Drive the

re-platforming/migration of applications to cloud infrastructure

while ensuring adherence to enterprise standards, compliance controls, and secure-by-design principles

Drive the

migration of CI/CD pipelines

from Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab, ensuring alignment with platform standards and compliance requirements

Collaborate closely with development teams,

educating and enabling

them on DevOps practices, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native development

Contribute to improving the developer experience by creating

templates, documentation, and training materials

that simplify platform adoption

What do we expect from you?

Software engineer

with profound hands-on experience

in application developmen t (Java, .NET,



Python, or similar)

Practical experience building and maintaining

CI/CD pipelines

and migrating between toolchains (Bitbucket/Jenkins → GitLab)

Strong understanding of

DevOps principles , Git workflows, and modern delivery practices

Hands-on experience with

Microsoft Azure

services and

Infrastructure-as-Code

Experience with deployment of containerized workloads and orchestration (Nexus, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes)

Experience working in air-gapped or restricted enterprise environments, where all external dependencies must be consumed from internal registries

Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a strong advantage

Fluency in English

Experience working in

agile environments

(SAFe or similar) and collaborating across multiple teams
