As a Product Manager in N26’s Cards u0026amp; Digital Wallets, you own automation and cost-to-serve initiatives that streamline cards processes and chargebacks, using AI to resolve issues before human intervention. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to make operational journeys faster, cheaper, and more customer-friendly, while balancing risk and regulatory needs. This is a chance to shape scalable fintech products at a leading European neobank known for disruptive, digital-first banking.

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of Product Management experience in FinTech, banking, or cards products
• Strong bias toward automation and efficiency
• Interest in AI/agentic automation for customer support and operations
• Experience with Cards networks (VISA, AMEX, Mastercard) or card processors
• STEM, business, or economics undergraduate; MBA or MS a plus
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; familiar with SQL
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of agile product development
• Experience dealing with high-engagement third-party providers
