We are currently looking for an AI Integration Engineer / MLOps Engineer to join an international project with one of Switzerland's leading Wealth Management groups.

? About the role

We are looking for an AI Integration Engineer with a strong software engineering, DevOps or MLOps background to take ownership of the engineering and integration layer of AI capabilities within the software delivery toolchain.

You will work closely with AI Product Engineers and platform teams, helping to prototype, integrate and scale AI solutions across existing enterprise platforms.

The role combines AI, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, automation, APIs, cloud and DevOps practices, with a strong focus on building secure, scalable and maintainable production solutions.

? Main responsibilities

? AI Integration & Engineering

? Own the engineering and integration layer of AI capabilities across the software delivery toolchain.

? Collaborate closely with AI Product Engineers and platform teams to identify and define AI-driven innovation opportunities.

? Prototype and validate Large Language Model (LLM) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.

? Integrate Machine Learning and Generative AI components into production systems.

? Develop scalable, secure and maintainable solutions following enterprise engineering standards.

⚙️ Automation, APIs & Platform Integration

? Develop and maintain APIs, pipelines and service integrations for AI capabilities.

? Integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise platforms,



including areas such as CI/CD, observability and developer workplace platforms.

? Contribute to AI-driven automation initiatives to improve developer productivity and operational efficiency.

? Work with cloud environments, Docker and Kubernetes to deploy and operate AI solutions.

? Promote automation, reproducibility and continuous improvement across the engineering lifecycle.

? Security, Monitoring & Compliance

? Ensure traceability, logging and monitoring of integrated AI solutions.

? Apply enterprise security standards and best practices for data protection and compliance.

? Help ensure that AI integrations are secure, reliable and maintainable.

? Drive best practices around automation, monitoring and reproducibility.

? What are we looking for?

✔ 3–5 years of experience as a Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer or MLOps Engineer.

✔ Strong experience with software engineering, automation and platform integration.

✔ Experience integrating Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions into production environments.

✔ Knowledge of LLMs and RAG architectures.

✔ Experience developing and integrating APIs, pipelines and services.

✔ Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and software delivery tooling.

✔ Experience working with cloud environments.

✔ Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.





✔ Understanding of scalability, security and maintainability requirements for enterprise applications.

✔ Security-aware mindset and familiarity with enterprise standards, data protection and compliance.

✔ Experience with logging, monitoring and observability.

✔ Comfortable working in Agile and cross-functional teams.

✔ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.

✔ Very good level of English.
