As General Study Manager (Oncology) you will lead interdisciplinary clinical programs from proposal to final deliverables, ensuring GCP compliance and financial performance. You’ll act as the primary liaison with customers to launch, run, and close studies within contractual scopes. You’ll guide cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and mentor junior staff, contributing to oncology programs across EMEA. This role offers impact in advancing patient outcomes through rigorous study delivery and area leadership. A strong stakeholder focus and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are key to success.

• Manage clinical research programs ensuring GCP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance
• Serve as primary liaison between Company and Customer for study lifecycle
• Lead clinical team for quality, timelines, and budget controls
• Be accountable for project financials and deliverables across regions
• Coordinate activities of conduct partners and proactively manage issues
• Maintain project information in databases and track progress




• Oversee inspection readiness and development of project plans aligned with documents
• Prepare and present project materials for internal/external meetings
• Direct and mentor project management staff and clinical team members
• Develop contingency and risk mitigation strategies
• Participate in bid defenses and nurture client relationships for future business

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing or related field (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements
• CRO and therapeutic experience preferred
• Ability to manage time and work independently
• Willingness to embrace new technologies
• Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to mentor staff and handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines
• Ability to travel ~25%
