Coordination: Lead and coordinate the Valencia Innovation Team, including multiple innovation sections with their coordinators and plant SPOCs. Generate an ecosystem with other partners to ensure the necessary flow of information Strategic knowledge of new automation and digitization technologies to develop use cases for plant applications. Provide innovative solutions to the needs of the factory. Improving cost, efficiency, productivity,



and flexibility. Alignment of projects with all involved functions of the factory, promoting customer and value focus. Prioritize projects in line with business needs and established objectives of the innovation teams

Agility: Lead, promote and facilitate the transformation towards an AGILE organization. Performs the Role of the Business Owner within the agile frameworks Scrum and SAFe. Global alignment and vision of the future: Represent the Valencia site in relevant forums, both inside and outside Ford. Coordinate, centralize and prioritize the participation in consortiums of R&D; projects together with the department of subsidies. Support and supervise the development and execution of R&D; projects, ensuring their future implementation, replication, and scale ability. Generate and propose a short and medium-term vision regarding innovation and establish transformation roadmaps and objectives focused on agile value generation. Be part of the “extended team” of innovation in Europe/IMG Foster collaboration between plants for the replicability and development of innovation supported by the European innovation team. Be part of the ATP workgroup, oriented towards the use of new technologies applied to manufacturing in the transformation of electrical products. Qualifications
