Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the SAP S/4HANA transformation program as part of Sulzer's Business Transformation initiative. You will guide design, implementation, and rollout of the global S/4HANA template, ensuring alignment with business goals and governance. You influence solution design, risk management, and delivery across a complex international environment. You will collaborate with leadership, business stakeholders, and partners to drive long-term value and continuous improvement. This is a strategic, expert-level position within a collaborative One Sulzer culture.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
• More than 15 years of SAP consulting, solution architecture, transformation leadership, or program governance
• Minimum 5 to 6 years of SAP S/4HANA implementation experience in large-scale global programs
• Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP Activate, integral template design, integration, data migration, testing, cutover, deployment
• Experience supporting global template design, fit-to-standard workshops, governance, and design reviews
• Understanding of manufacturing, engineering, project-based, ETO, CTO, and service business environments
• Experience with senior business stakeholders and major ERP implementation partners
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business recommendations
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel internationally (≈25%+)
