About the role (2 different vacancies)

VACANCY 1

Working alongside the area’s Process Engineer, you will actively participate in:

- Continuous improvement projects focused on process optimization and cost savings (OCS).
- Implementation and monitoring of the 5S program on the shop floor.
- Development and execution of Quick Kaizen projects.
- Participation in the industrialization of new products.
- Conducting technical feasibility studies for new processes and product references.
- Supporting the implementation and monitoring of new production processes.
- Data analysis and monitoring of plant performance indicators (KPIs).

VACANCY 2

- Continuous improvement projects focused on cost optimization and achieving cost savings (OCS).
- Development of the TOCRs project through time measurement and analysis of value-added and waste activities.




- Participation in projects aimed at optimizing forklift routes and material flows.
- Collaboration with the Production and Logistics departments to improve operational efficiency.
- Participation in new product industrialization projects.
- Conducting feasibility studies and supporting the implementation of new processes.
- Data and KPI analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be eligible to enter into an internship agreement with a university or educational institution.
- Interest in continuous improvement, process optimization, and industrial environments.
- Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- English proficiency (B2–C1) is considered an asset.
