Your Role
The Coordinator, Program and Student Services is a key member of the CEA CAPA team, responsible for the holistic care and support of students from American colleges and universities studying abroad. This role focuses on student welfare, health and safety, housing coordination, and the organization of educational excursions and events outside of the classroom.
The PASS Coordinator collaborates closely with the academic and internship teams, and supports students throughout their programs, from logistics to cultural integration, ensuring a seamless and enriching experience. It also involves administrative tasks such as managing program materials and handling student accommodation issues.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for students, providing information and resources.
- Plan and execute program activities, including student excursions and local events.
- Assist with student activities, arrivals, and guided tours to help students navigate their new environment.
- Manage administrative duties like reception, mail handling, and student communications.
- Support housing maintenance and assist with student accommodations in collaboration with the Housing Coordinator.
- Maintain records using Salesforce and contribute to improvement strategies.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and collaborate with external vendors.
- Be part of the emergency phone rotation for student support.
- Collaborate with local staff and external partners to enhance program success.

Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience working with students, particularly international students.
- Experience of housing coordination
- Ability to work with diverse identities.
- Experience living or working abroad, with a knowledge of the local culture, history, business practices, and academic environment.
- Knowledge of the U.S. higher education system
- Authorization to work in the location of the role.
