Role Description

We are hiring a Cryptocurrency Trader to support crypto market research, trading strategy, execution analysis, and risk management.

The role focuses on Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, DeFi assets, spot markets, perpetual futures, options, and broader digital asset trends. It does not require candidates to use personal funds, personal trading accounts, or independently control client wallets.

Responsibilities

Analyze price action, liquidity, volatility, order books, funding rates, open interest, liquidations, and exchange flows

Develop and evaluate cryptocurrency trading strategies using technical and market-structure analysis

Monitor Bitcoin, Ethereum, stablecoins, DeFi, spot markets, derivatives, and emerging digital asset sectors

Prepare trading reports, market updates, risk summaries, and asset watchlists

Track macroeconomic events, token unlocks, protocol developments, and major market catalysts

Support backtesting, performance analysis, position sizing, and risk-control frameworks

Qualifications

Experience or strong practical knowledge in cryptocurrency trading, digital asset research, derivatives, technical analysis, or financial markets





Strong understanding of crypto market structure, liquidity, volatility, leverage, and risk management

Familiarity with centralized and decentralized exchanges, perpetual futures, options, stablecoins, and DeFi

Ability to analyze charts, funding rates, open interest, liquidations, exchange flows, and market data

Strong analytical, financial reasoning, communication, and decision-making skills

Candidates must be legally authorized to work remotely from Spain

Preferred Background

Experience with a cryptocurrency exchange, trading firm, digital asset fund, fintech company, market maker, or Web3 organization

Familiarity with TradingView, Glassnode, CryptoQuant, Nansen, Arkham, Dune, DefiLlama, Coinglass, Excel, Python, or SQL

Understanding of systematic trading, DeFi liquidity, token economics, and on-chain analytics
