Experteer Overview
In this role you will contribute to the development of future aircraft and vehicle concepts within Airbus Defence and Space. You will work across multi-program platforms, shaping system definitions, integrating engineering activities, and guiding trade-offs to enable robust, value-driven programmes. You’ll collaborate with engineering leadership, Ru0026amp;D, customers, and suppliers to align technology with strategic goals, environmental considerations, and program milestones. This position offers exposure to diverse programs and a path to grow in a cross-functional, international environment.

• Ensure interface and integration of Engineering activities for Airbus product policy preparation
• Lead or support analysis of competitors' products at aircraft/vehicle/component levels for Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Technology
• Lead or support engineering intelligence activities
• Define top-level technical objectives and requirements up to MG3 for new or incremental programmes
• Manage and lead activities to meet vehicle design and major constituents' integration up to MG2 for new programmes




• Perform trade-off analysis to select optimal vehicle and system architecture
• Explore technical, manufacturing, and operational aspects of innovative configurations and assess value/cost benefits
• Define component design targets for overall vehicle value and monitor achievement with Centers of Competence
• Define, prioritize and conduct research projects to develop technologies and competencies for enhanced vehicle design
• Develop knowledge and propose directions on environmental aspects

Responsabilidades
• 5-10 years of engineering experience, preferably in systems engineering
• Aeronautical Engineering degree (preferable)
• Good knowledge of Platform Systems
• Good level of English
• Ability to work with uncertainty, flexibility and scarce information
• Team working skills and proactive problem solving
