Currently, we are looking to hire Customer Service Agents for one of our clients in Valencia.

What will you do?

- Handle incoming calls from bank customers.
- Manage inquiries related to bank services.
- Provide support regarding cards, ATMs...
- Assist senior customers with their questions.
- Deliver high-quality customer service.
- Record and update customer interactions accurately.

Working Conditions
- Start date: 14/09/2026.
- On-site training from 14/09 to 30/09
- Salary according to the Spanish Minimum Wage (SMI).
- 100% remote work after the adaptation period (approximately 3 months).
- Annual work calendar provided.
