The role combines customer service with a commercial and sales-focused approach, supporting customers throughout their buying journey while identifying opportunities to recommend suitable products and maximise sales.

Position: Customer Service Sales Representative

Location: Barcelona or Valencia, Spain

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support Dutch-speaking customers with product and order-related enquiries
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell where relevant
- Provide professional customer service across the required communication channels
- Support customers throughout the purchasing process
- Work towards individual and team sales and service targets




- Maintain accurate customer and sales information within internal systems
- Deliver a positive and professional representation of the brand.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Fluent/native-level Dutch
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Commercial mindset and comfortable working towards sales targets
- Confident speaking with customers and recommending products
- Motivated, positive and results-focused
- Able to work from Barcelona or Valencia
- Previous customer service, retail, telesales or inside sales experience is advantageous.
