In this Senior Software Engineer role, you will help modernize Ebury’s FX platform and scale high-throughput, multi-currency services in a regulated FinTech environment. You’ll play a pivotal part in shaping platform architecture, leading key initiatives, and collaborating across Europe and the Americas. The role combines hands-on development with ownership of delivery, operations, and quality through CI/CD and automated testing. You’ll mentor engineers, drive best practices, and contribute to an open, collaborative engineering culture. This is an opportunity to impact general cash flow infrastructure and risk-managed FX capabilities at scale.

Responsabilidades
• Extensive backend experience with Python as primary stack; strong OO background in Java, C#, or Go
• FinTech, banking, or regulated financial domain knowledge with multi-currency transactions
• RESTful API design, observability, and hands-on CI/CD (Jenkins) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Commitment to robust testing (unit/integration) and clean architecture
• Professional English fluency; ability to collaborate across time zones
• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
