Experteer Overview
In this role you will oversee end-to-end carrier performance for the Iberian region, driving on-time delivery and cost efficiency. You will partner with cross-functional teams to improve network resilience and ensure regulatory compliance. You will push data-driven improvements in routing, capacity planning, and exception handling to minimize customer impact. This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced e-commerce/logistics environment with visibility across operations, tech, and finance.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage end-to-end performance of last-mile and line-haul carriers in Spain and Portugal with KPI oversight
• Analyze transportation data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize routing and capacity allocation
• Monitor real-time operations via TMS and proactively resolve exceptions to minimize customer impact




• Lead cross-functional process improvements and implementation projects to enhance efficiency and resilience
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and Cainiao standards in Iberia

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Logistics
• 3-5 years in Spain/Portugal transportation management or related in e-commerce or 3PL
• Proficiency in TMS and WMS concepts
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel, SQL, or BI tools
• Familiarity with route optimization and capacity planning
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent cross-functional communication across operations, tech, and finance
• Basic financial acumen to evaluate TCO of transportation solutions
