Descripción del trabajo As Senior Technical Product Owner for Digital Emergency Services, you own epics and features end-to-end to enable reliable emergency communication for elevators worldwide. You collaborate with cloud and embedded engineers and align regional stakeholders while shaping the product roadmap with the global PO team. You bring a strong IoT/embedded foundation to balance technical feasibility with customer value. This role offers impact across a mission-critical safety platform with global scope.

Define epics and features with clear scope, requirements and business value

Create high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria for cloud, embedded, and system-level features

Own and prioritize the backlog aligned with roadmap objectives

Balance technical constraints, customer needs, and business priorities

Assess value, impact, feasibility, and KPIs to drive prioritization

Facilitate trade-off discussions and ensure transparent priority setting

Partner with cloud, firmware, and engineering leads to ensure timely delivery

Manage dependencies across cloud services, device firmware, and emergency protocols

Support teams in clarification, sequencing, and blocker resolution





Collaborate with the global Product Owner community to shape the roadmap

Engage stakeholders and field teams to capture needs and commercial impact

Communicate progress, risks, and decisions across regions

Coordinate external vendors and development partners for quality and alignment

Define, monitor and report product KPIs

Leverage data to optimize backlogs and drive improvements

Provide data-driven updates to leadership and peers

Responsabilidades

5+ years in Product Ownership or Technical Product Management

Good technical understanding of cloud services (Azure preferred)

Good understanding of IoT or embedded system development

Proven ability to define epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria

Experience with globally distributed engineering teams

Excellent analytical and prioritization skills focused on business value

Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment abilities

Fluent English (spoken and written)
