In this role you will provide expert HR guidance to line managers on people management and policies, helping to navigate complex cases and compliance. You will collaborate across HR and operations to support illness, absence, terminations, and disciplinary actions while driving standardized processes. You’ll contribute to policy improvements and ensure efficient HR services through data and reporting. • Provide specialized advice to line managers on HR processes and policies
• Advise on people management issues, complex HR processes, offboarding and legal boundaries
• Support managers with illness, absence, terminations, and disciplinary actions
• Manage complex cases related to employee contracting, compliance and ethics
• Apply reward policies, payroll, and benefits management
• Handle reporting and analytics
• Support HRBP with HR interventions




• Assist line managers with data collection, processing, or paperwork for complex transactions; straightforward cases go through the contact center
• Drive standardization and improvements in working methods, including communication and portal content
• Suggest policy improvements to the local Center of Excellence and translate policy into deliverable HR processes
• Act as escalation point to coordinate resolution of complex individual employee matters

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in HR advisory roles focused on employee relations, policies, and legal compliance
• HR certification is highly recommended
