Experteer Overview
As Senior Category Manager, Men's EU, you drive regional merchandising across UK u0026amp; EU, shaping assortments and product strategies to optimize sales, margin, and customer experience. You work cross-functionally with Product, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Sourcing, and Design to deliver launches and improve PDPs. You leverage data and market insight to identify opportunities and support pricing and assortment decisions. You’ll help scale Quince’s value proposition in Europe and partner with regional teams to ensure quality and fit. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support end-to-end merchandising for selected menswear categories in the UK u0026 EU, including assortment execution, launches, and performance tracking
• Execute regional merchandising strategy in partnership with US Product Merchandising and international regional merchandising peers
• Contribute to product ideation, shaping new product opportunities and business cases
• Collaborate with Product, Regional Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Technical Design, and Sourcing to manage launches, inventory, go-to-market, and quality
• Analyse trading performance (sales, returns, margin) and implement actions to improve results
• Support pricing and assortment decisions for the region
• Own product catalogue management and administration,
including data accuracy and system maintenance
• Build site merchandising strategy, PDP improvements roadmap, and customer journey optimisations
• Monitor ratings, reviews, and returns to drive product quality improvements
• Manage regional product samples and merchandising assets
• Maintain merchandising reports, tools, trackers, and pricing files
• Evaluate regional product compliance requirements and collaborate with Sourcing and Quality teams
Responsabilidades
• 8 years of retail merchandising or buying experience in menswear with demonstrated category ownership
• E-commerce and/or DTC experience; startup and blue-chip exposure preferred
• Proven track record of growth and progression in roles
• Strong product awareness, commercial mindset, and attention to detail
• Product-obsessed with data-driven decision-making and external data sources
• Critical eye for forecasting customer needs and balancing inventory, pricing, and margins
• Experience working cross-functionally with Planning, Design, Sourcing, Marketing
• Excellent written/verbal communication, presentation, and influencing abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
