Experteer Overview
In this role you design, automate, and operate secure, scalable Kubernetes-based platforms across campus, datacenter, and hybrid cloud environments. You collaborate with architecture, cloud, security, and platform teams to improve developer experience and platform reliability. You will implement secure networking, multi-tenancy, and policy controls while advancing CI/CD and GitOps practices. This role offers impact on enterprise-scale platform engineering and a culture focused on learning and growth.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design, build, and maintain enterprise container platforms using Kubernetes and related tools
• Define standards for cluster architecture, multi-tenancy, workload isolation, upgrades, capacity and lifecycle management
• Implement secure networking, ingress, load balancing, service mesh, DNS, certificate management, and traffic management
• Create hybrid connectivity across container platforms, cloud services, and on-premises environments
• Apply Kubernetes security controls (RBAC, network policies, secrets, image security, policy enforcement, Zero Trust)
• Automate provisioning and operations using Terraform, Ansible, Python, Git, REST APIs, and IaC
• Develop CI/CD and GitOps practices via Azure DevOps,



GitHub Actions, Argo CD, or Flux
• Provide Level 3 support for complex incidents including root cause analysis
• Manage upgrades, patching, backup/recovery, disaster recovery, and capacity planning
• Create documentation, reusable templates, engineering standards, and runbooks

Responsabilidades
• Experience in infrastructure, cloud, platform, or systems engineering in an enterprise environment
• Hands-on Kubernetes and container platform engineering experience
• Knowledge of Kubernetes, container runtimes, Helm, and orchestration
• Experience with AKS, EKS, OpenShift, Rancher, Tanzu, or similar platforms
• Understanding of Kubernetes networking, ingress, service discovery, load balancing, network policies, and cluster security
• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud services, networking, identity, and hybrid connectivity
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, Python, Git, REST APIs, and IaC
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Datadog)
• Excellent written and spoken English
