Experteer Overview
As Global Sourcing Manager Blades you will lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for externally manufactured wind turbine blades. You will partner with internal stakeholders worldwide to secure supply, optimize cost, and ensure quality while creating long-term value across the global blade supply chain. You will shape sourcing strategies, drive negotiations, and manage supplier performance and contracts. This role offers impact across Europe, the US, India, and China within a collaborative, international team.

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for blades with key stakeholders
• Serve as primary commercial interface between Nordex and blade suppliers
• Lead price, capacity and commercial negotiations to secure supply continuity
• Negotiate and manage integral agreements including FPA, QAA, NDA and strategic contracts
• Monitor supplier account performance via reviews on pricing, risks, operations, forecasts, and cost improvements
• Oversee supplier activities across the value chain, including footprint transitions in Europe, the US, India and China




• Drive supplier performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, sustainability, CSR, and innovation with KPI management

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Economics, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, or procurement in wind or equivalent international sector
• Structured approach to complex sourcing and supplier management
• Proven ability to manage complex supplier relationships and global sourcing independently
• High ownership, service orientation, and ability to work autonomously in a global environment
• Strong communication skills and cultural awareness for global collaboration
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus
