Job Summary The IT Digital Enablement Lead is the primary IT strategic partner to business leadership for the assigned value stream, responsible for driving the digital enablement strategy and the intake of new initiatives. The role works in close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate priorities into a coherent technology agenda, and partners with different areas to ensure that initiatives are delivered with discipline, and the expected value is realized. This position leads a team of IT Digital Enablement Partners and reports to the Senior Director of IT Digital Enablement
Key Accountabilities
•Drive the IT digital enablement strategy and serve as the primary IT partner to the value stream, defining and executing the strategy in alignment with Werfen's global IT and business priorities, building trusted relationships with Business Unit leadership and functional stakeholders, and acting as the connector between business needs and technology capabilities to ensure local and regional priorities are reflected in global IT deliveries.
•Shape technology investments and champion the adoption of digital capabilities within the value stream, identifying and prioritizing initiatives with rigorous business case definition and benefits realization, and driving the adoption of data and analytics, automation, integration, and emerging technologies (AI/ML).
•Ensure effective adoption of value-stream initiatives by partnering with internal IT teams in alignment with global policies, standards and tools
•Lead, develop and inspire the team of IT Digital Enablement Partners, ensuring high performance and continuous capability building, and maintain effective management processes including onboarding, development, performance management and succession.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience required for the position:
•Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline required.
•Minimum of 10 years of experience required within Information Technology,
•Minimum of 5 years of experience leading and supervising IT and/or digital teams required.
•Minimum of 10 years of strong business acumen with a consulting-oriented mindset and demonstrated understanding of business processes and operational execution in assigned value stream.
•Understanding of IT in regulated environments such as healthcare, in vitro diagnostics, pharmaceutical or medical device industries.
•Demonstrated experience acting as a technology partner or business-facing IT to senior business stakeholders.
•Proven experience delivering digital and IT initiatives within matrix, general organizations.
•Fluency in English
