Experteer Overview
As Product Manager (Agile Delivery) you define and own the product roadmap for our mobile connectivity solutions, driving value for ISPs, device manufacturers, and customers. You lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, ensure timely delivery, and continuously align with strategic initiatives. You’ll gather market insights, manage risks, and measure success through KPIs, shaping products in a fast-paced, startup-spirited setting.

• Define and manage the product roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs
• Conduct design reviews and product testing prior to customer delivery
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customers to ensure product success
• Coordinate with Head of Product Management to align with strategic initiatives
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to inform decisions
• Establish and maintain project timelines and deliverables
• Identify risks and dependencies with proactive mitigation




• Communicate project status and challenges to stakeholders and leadership
• Define and track KPIs to measure success
• Drive continuous improvement in product and project management processes

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 3+ years in product ownership, product management, or project management
• Experience with ISPs, device manufacturers, and mobile connectivity is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and PM methodologies
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Scrum tools (e.g., Jira)
• Familiarity with software development processes and UX principles
