Mission
As the People Analytics Technician for PLD Space, your mission is to manage, clean and analyze people's data to provide actionable insights for strategic organizational decisions and solve business problems.
Using people's data from HR systems, IT systems, and other departments' systems. As well as using people's data from external sources such as salary surveys, payroll, holidays, timesheet registration, etc.
Responsibilities
- Collect, consolidate,
and validate data from various HR sources.
- Maintain and update People Analytics databases, dashboards, and reports.
- Identify inconsistencies and ensure the quality, accuracy, and integrity of data.
- Prepare regular reports on headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, engagement, performance, and other people-related KPIs.
- Transform data into clear and actionable insights for HR teams, managers, and business leaders.
- Support the development and automation of reports, dashboards, and analytical processes.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and reporting requirements.
- Provide support in People Analytics and HR Data projects.
- Ensure the proper, secure, and confidential handling of employee information in accordance with internal policies and applicable regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of people data reporting and analytics processes.
Necessary requirements
- Degree or qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, or HR data administration.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and identify errors, trends, and patterns.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Ability to communicate analytical information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Professional level of English.
- High degree of confidentiality and sensitivity when handling employee data.
- Previous experience in People Analytics / HR Analytics.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Experience in automating reporting processes.
- Basic knowledge of statistics.
- Experience working with Human Resources dashboards and KPIs.
- Fluency in English and Spanish . French is a plus
