Experteer Overview
In this role you lead a key enterprise customer through the IT operations and rollout of Veeva Quality Cloud, guiding agile delivery and best practices. You will own a multi-year general implementation, coordinate cross-functional teams, and act as the client advocate. Your impact spans adoption roadmaps, governance, and continuous improvement post-implementation. This is a chance to shape how life sciences companies bring drugs to market with a trusted, cloud-based solution.

• Lead a major enterprise customer in IT operations and implementation of Veeva Quality Cloud
• Manage a multi-year, multi-phased global implementation program including resourcing, budgeting, and forecasting
• Serve as primary liaison, coordinating communication among project team, customer, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee customer release management and IT operations for Quality Cloud
• Analyze requirements and product features to develop adoption and enhancement roadmaps
• Mentor project teams and junior consultants within Quality Services




• Guide customers in adopting Quality Cloud and best practices for post-implementation continuous improvement

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in IT Project Management, Consulting, or Product Management with a track record of leading system implementations
• Experience leading large-scale Enterprise projects
• Strong ability to work independently and in teams in fast-paced environments
• Experience in planning, resourcing, budgeting, and leading project teams
• Experience designing effective project governance for large enterprises
• Strong technical affinity and hands-on software implementation experience
• Excellent communication skills with senior/executive stakeholders
• Good understanding of SaaS and GxP principles
• Ability to travel 25-50% and have easy airport access
• Legally authorized to work in the EU; visa sponsorship not expected
