Nordspan Studio is building a specialist delivery team for mid-rise light-gauge steel projects across Southern Europe. You will turn architectural intent into coordinated wall, floor and roof panel models, resolve interfaces with structure and MEP, and prepare issue-ready fabrication information.
The role combines hands-on modelling with technical leadership. You will review junior detailers, coordinate directly with factories and help improve our repeatable BIM-to-production standards.
What we are looking for
5+ years detailing cold-formed steel or closely related off-site systems.
Advanced Revit, Tekla or FRAMECAD experience.
Confident reading structural and architectural packages.
Professional English; Spanish is an advantage.
Compensation:EUR 42,000–54,000
