DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

Mission: Silvus is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented International
Sales Support Specialist to support our Global Sales division. In this role, you
will be the guardian of our CRM data, ensuring complete accuracy, consistency,
and integrity across all international accounts. You will act as the crucial
bridge between our international sales representatives and the forecasting team,
guaranteeing that the data used for general business reporting and revenue
predictions is reliable, up-to-date, and actionable.





This position will be part of the International Customer Lifecycle team, working
in a multi- cultural environment and supporting sales teams across EMEA, APAC
and LATAM.

This position is eligible for 100% remote work depending on location.

Key Responsibilities:

CRM Data Management & Integrity

● Monitor daily CRM inputs from the International Sales team to ensure all
account, contact, and opportunity data is accurate and complete.
● Conduct regular audits of the CRM database to identify and resolve duplicate
entries, missing information, and formatting errors.
● Enforce data entry standards and provide ongoing training or support to
international sales representatives to improve data quality at the source.
