Tasks & Responsibilities

Analytics, Insights &Strategic; Consultation

- Guides and supports professionals across relevant disciplines with analytical expertise
- Applies digital analytics tools to sharpen insights across communications and marketing
- Manages Communications and marketing analytics reporting, including tool governance, KPI definition and dashboard visualisation
- Defines, owns and continuously improves processes to enhance collaboration, quality, UX and insight quality




- Consults stakeholders and channel experts on high-impact communication opportunities based on competitive gap and audience analysis
- Conducts effectiveness analyses of communication assets and owned channels, including website drop-off diagnostics, content performance and campaign funnel assessments
- Translates analytical findings into structured, decision-ready recommendations and presents them to stakeholders and leadership

Tool & Process Governance

- Governs following tool areas: Analytics/reporting, translations/terminology, DAM/CMS, marketing automation/AI,
- Owns process design and improvement outcomes across communications and marketing functions

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or comparable specialised training
- 5-7 years of professional experience in a relevant industry context
- Fluent in written and spoken English and German
- Extensive relevant experience and proven expertise may substitute for the required degree.
