Experteer Overview
In this role you will design, implement, and support SAP QM solutions to ensure optimal quality management in a complex aerospace manufacturing environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to align QM processes with the broader SAP landscape and compliance requirements. You will lead projects from blueprint to go-live, and continuously optimize system performance and user experience. This is an opportunity to impact quality across manufacturing operations and drive practical SAP QM improvements.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Analyze, design, and implement SAP QM solutions across QM processes and integrations with PP, MM, SD, and PM
• Provide expert support for SAP QM functionalities including incident resolution and performance optimization
• Lead and participate in SAP QM projects from requirements gathering to post-implementation support
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP QM configurations, processes, and user guides
• Conduct user training and ongoing end-user support for SAP QM functionalities
• Collaborate with process owners to identify improvement opportunities and propose SAP QM solutions
• Perform system testing (unit, integration, UAT)

• Stay updated with SAP QM technologies and best practices to enhance capabilities
• Ensure compliance with internal IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Information Technology
• Minimum 5 years of SAP ERP QM configuration, implementation, and support
• Strong understanding of quality management in manufacturing or aerospace
• Experience with SAP QM: Quality Inspection, Planning, Certificates, Notifications, Audit Management
• Familiarity with SAP QM integration with PP, MM, SD, PM
• Experience with project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and ITIL
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in Spanish and English
• Ability to work independently and in a team in a complex international environment
• SAP QM certification is highly desirable
