Customer Service Agent with Spanish & English
Foundever is expanding and we are looking for Customer Service Agents to join an exciting automotive project, based at our Madrid offices.
Your main responsibilities
Provide multi-channel customer support .
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and incidents efficiently.
Deliver an excellent customer experience in line with brand standards ¿.
What we offer
Permanent contract .
Full-time position (39 hours per week).
Rotating schedule from Monday to Friday, between 7:50 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Gross annual salary: €22,100 (language bonus included).
Additional bonus of up to €400 gross per month for availability outside regular working hours during weekends .
Paid initial training lasting 3 weeks, from Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. .
Training start date: 22/06/2026.
A stable role within a general, people-centered company .
Requirements
Previous experience in customer service.
Native or bilingual Spanish.




Advanced level of English (minimum C1).
Portuguese language skills are a plus ¿.
Customer-oriented mindset and good digital skills.

On-site position at our Madrid offices: Paseo Imperial 14, 28005 Madrid .
