Marketing Operations / Hub Spot Specialist (Contract) We're hiring a hands-on Marketing Operations & Hub Spot Specialist to execute and optimise demand generation campaigns for a global technology leader based in Barcelona. This is a practical, execution-focused role ideal for someone with experience using marketing automation tools, Hub Spot, and CRM systems who wants to deepen their expertise in campaign operations within a global B2 B technology environment.

Location:

Barcelona (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Contract: Initial 12 months (extension likely)

Commitment: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Engagement: Autónomo (Freelance Contractor)

Rate: €13/hour What You'll Be Doing Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, webinars and content syndication Build and manage campaign workflows,



email automation and lead nurture programmes in Hub Spot Support lead nurturing and audience segmentation Ensure seamless lead management between Hub Spot and Salesforce Monitor campaign performance and key metrics (MQLs, SQLs and pipeline impact) Maintain clean CRM data and campaign attribution Collaborate closely with Product Marketing and Sales teams What We're Looking For Experience supporting digital marketing, demand generation or marketing operations Hands-on experience with Hub Spot or a similar marketing automation platform Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Comfortable working with campaign data, reporting and performance tracking xcgbitx Organised, detail-oriented and operationally strong Experience within Saa S or B2 B technology marketing is an advantage This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys the technical and data-driven side of marketing—building campaigns, working with automation tools, improving processes, and understanding how leads move through the funnel.
