As a Product Manager in N26’s Cards u0026amp; Digital Wallets, you own automation and cost-to-serve initiatives that streamline cards processes and chargebacks, using AI to resolve issues before human intervention. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to make operational journeys faster, cheaper, and more customer-friendly, while balancing risk and regulatory needs.

- Ensure successful rollout by coordinating with market teams, operations, compliance, and engineering
- Leverage SQL to measure impact and track results

Responsabilidades

- 3+ years of Product Management experience in Fin Tech, banking, or cards products
- Strong bias toward automation and efficiency
- Interest in AI/agentic automation for customer support and operations
- Experience with Cards networks (VISA, AMEX, Mastercard) or card processors
- STEM, business, or economics undergraduate; MBA or MS a plus
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills; familiar with SQL
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong understanding of agile product development
- Experience dealing with high-engagement third-party providers
