complex implementation projects for a diverse range of clients (SMB, Mid-Market) managing timelines and client expectations while making decisions on project execution and escalating significant scope changes (approx. Deliver comprehensive training sessions to clients and partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to effectively utilize the Deliverect platform, and provide hands-on support during and post-implementation to resolve technical issues (approx 30% of the time).
Fluency in English is required & any additional languages are a plus.
