Role

Lexroom is building its partnership channel from close to zero and wants it to become a material driver of revenue growth. You will own that channel end to end: strategic reselling and co-sell relationships with big consulting firms and system integrators, large enterprise accounts, and early-stage product partnerships as our API surface develops. You will define the operating model, prove it in market, and build the team that scales it across our European footprint.

This is a build-from-scratch leadership seat reporting directly to our CRO and co-founder, not a role inheriting an established motion.

Your key responsibilities

Channel design and ownership: design the partnership channel and build it into a material revenue driver, owning co-sell and revenue-share relationships end to end.
Operating model: define whether and how partnership closes its own revenue versus
