To support our Marketing Intelligence team for Net-a-Porter and Mr. Porter we are searching for a Marketing Intelligence Specialist (f/m/d) to be based in our Barcelona office.

What You Will Do

Analyze customer journey data, turning user behavior patterns into clear strategies for optimization and scalable growth.




Partner directly with channel specialists (Paid Search, Affiliate, Display, Social, SEO) to define business data needs and translate complex datasets into actionable, channel-specific recommendations.
Collaborate on budget allocation and forecasting, continuously aligning marketing KPIs against business targets.
Audit, optimize, and run quality checks on daily operational workflows and reporting tools to guarantee high data integrity and team efficiency.
Represent Marketing Intelligence in cross-departmental projects, ensuring initiative outputs directly drive company-wide objectives.
Support the evolution and integration of AI-driven analytics tools and workflows.

Who You Are

Master degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a similar background.
3+ years of relevant experience in Marketing Analytics or a similar role. Experiences in E-commerce or Luxury w
