Sales Manager – (Spain, Madrid)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a global leader in third-party quality assurance and inspection services (TIC industry), serving international brands across consumer goods and industrial sectors. This is a client-side position — successful candidates will be employed directly by the client.

About the Role
Our client is looking for a commercially-driven sales leader to take ownership of their Spain sales operations. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll be responsible for building and growing a high-performing team, driving pipeline execution, and ensuring consistent revenue growth across the region.
The adecuado candidate has a strong background in the TIC sector (inspection, testing, or auditing services) and has led sales teams selling into the consumer goods space.

What You'll Do
• Lead, coach, and grow a distributed sales team across Spain and neighboring markets
• Own the regional sales strategy, from market planning to pipeline execution




• Run regular pipeline reviews and forecast checks with your team
• Recruit and develop new sales talent as the team scales
• Partner with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth client service
• Provide senior management with regular performance insights and action plans
• Support marketing efforts (trade shows, campaigns) that generate leads for the team

What We're Looking For
• 5–10+ years of B2B sales experience, including solid time in the TIC industry (inspection, testing, or auditing) selling into consumer goods
• At least 2 years directly managing a sales team — coaching, evaluating, and developing people
• Strong grasp of the consumer goods supply chain (sourcing, trading, manufacturing, retail compliance)
• Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders — procurement heads, quality directors, C-level buyers
• Fluent English required; Spanish and/or Dutch are a strong plus
• Open to regular travel across Western Europe
