Your Tasks
This position is part of the Digital Sales Data Foundation team, which drives data-driven decision making across our digital platforms by analyzing user behavior, identifying optimization opportunities, and measuring the impact of strategic initiatives with a strong focus on A/B testing to enhance customer experience and business performance. You will work closely with other Data Analysts, Data Engineers, a dedicated Product Owner, and colleagues from integral and local business departments.

Your tasks:

Partner with product, technology, and business stakeholders to define, implement, and continuously improve analytics, tracking, and experimentation initiatives across digital areas.

Design, optimize, and document scalable tracking and measurement concepts, ensuring data quality, consistency, and usability for reporting, analysis, experimentation, and third‑party integrations.

Define relevant KPIs, build dashboards, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to support product optimization and data‑driven decision‑making.





Support and improve experimentation processes, including A/B test design, sample size planning, KPI alignment, analysis methodology, result interpretation, and rollout recommendations.

Contribute to scalable experimentation practices, tooling, automation, and knowledge management to support a growing number of experiments across markets, platforms, and product areas.

Work hands‑on with complex datasets, data pipelines, cloud environments, and analytics tools, while collaborating closely with developers and data teams.

Act as a trusted sparring partner for stakeholders, working independently or within cross‑functional teams, and contribute to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and continuous improvement.

Your Profile

Several years of experience in digital analytics, conversion analysis, product analytics, experimentation, or a similar data‑focused role, ideally in an e‑commerce or digital product environment.
