Boost sales and contribute to our long term business growth by contacting and developing relationships with potential clients/agents/partnersHandle dispute on our P2P platform between trading parties, assist client with troubleshootingUncover customer's unique needs and challengesPerform document checks as per standard proceduresMonitoring transactions, investigating and reporting suspicious activityReading,



prioritizing and responding to customers queries Create, manage, implement and refine all marketing campaigns in an ongoing basisDirect ongoing market research to foster the product's and market growth
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and abovePossess 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing and/or business development roles in finance or e-commerce industryKnowledge in Blockchain/ Cryptocurrency industryExceptional written communication skill and a good listenerAbility to multitask, prioritise, and control time effectivelyKnowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P paymentsFluency in Ukrainian or Russian language is needed for this position
