We are currently looking for a Junior Marketing Manager (EMEA) to join our EMEA Marketing team on a 7-month fixed-term contract , covering a maternity leave.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, hands-on marketing professional who enjoys turning ideas into action and delivering impactful marketing initiatives that support business growth.
As Junior Marketing Manager (EMEA) , you will drive a broad range of marketing activities across Europe, including campaigns, events, content development, sales enablement materials, digital assets, and customer engagement initiatives.
Working closely with Sales, Product Management, and the broader Marketing team, you will play a key role in strengthening Tosca's market presence and supporting commercial objectives across the EMEA region.
This is a highly operational role requiring strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment.
This role reports to the VP Marketing EMEA .

Drive the execution of EMEA marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business priorities.
Coordinate and deliver marketing initiatives across digital channels, customer communications, and events.
Develop and manage marketing content, sales enablement materials, presentations, and customer-facing assets.
Manage and localize marketing materials across different European markets.




Collaborate closely with Sales and Product teams to ensure marketing activities support commercial objectives.
Maintain and update marketing content across digital platforms and internal repositories.
Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting and business insights.
Strengthen Tosca's brand awareness and market presence across Europe.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
~4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within an international environment.
~ Proven experience managing marketing campaigns, events, commercial marketing materials, and cross-functional projects.
~ Experience supporting multi-country marketing activities across Europe is highly desirable.
~ Experience in industrial, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or related B2B sectors is a plus.

Highly organized with excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
Experience with marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing tools is an advantage.
Fluent English is required; Work alongside experienced commercial and marketing professionals across Europe.
