Experteer Overview
In this role, you own the full hardware lifecycle from concept to production and ongoing improvement. You will collaborate with Product, Software, Operations and external manufacturers to deliver reliable hardware for demanding live-event environments. You’ll balance reliability, cost, and scalability while driving hands-on engineering decisions. This position offers high impact on Fever’s mission to enhance live experiences globally through robust hardware solutions.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Lead design and development from concept through production and post-launch support
• Design electronics using microcontrollers and SBCs (Raspberry Pi, Khadas, or similar)
• Build prototypes, validate solutions, and prepare for mass production
• Improve existing hardware based on operational feedback and customer needs
• Create and review architectures, schematics, PCB layouts, and BOMs
• Define manufacturing requirements and support industrialization processes
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers throughout production
• Define validation plans, testing protocols, and acceptance criteria
• Perform hardware debugging with lab equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multimeter, power supplies)




• Diagnose production and field issues, implement permanent solutions
• Ensure regulatory compliance (CE, RoHS, EMC, Radio Directives where applicable)
• Plan production capacity and monitor inventories
• Evaluate suppliers and packaging solutions
• Document and share knowledge; maintain design, firmware, BOMs, and change history
• Train junior engineers on production and repair processes
• Act as technical reference for hardware incidents

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of professional experience designing and developing electronic hardware products
• At least 3 years in mass production and real-world deployment
• Experience across product lifecycle: specification, electronic design, prototyping, validation, industrialization, production support
• Ability to explain and defend technical decisions
• Willingness to travel occasionally and participate in on-call rotation
