As our Maintenance Manager, you take charge of the technical heartbeat of The Social Hub, keeping everything from guest rooms to rooftop spaces running smoothly. You spot issues before they become problems and keep our spaces welcoming, safe and ready for the community that calls The Social Hub home. You'll work closely with the local team while shaping smart, future-proof maintenance habits across the hub. To us, hybrid hospitality goes across the board, from how we service our guests to how we represent ourselves. Lead and guide the maintenance team while keeping close contact with external contractors.
Manage and plan all daily maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators and more.
Track, log and follow up on work orders using Salesforce.
Monitor budgets, check invoices and keep clear maintenance records.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in maintenance management, ideally in hospitality.
Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and other building systems.
Bring confidence in coordinating contractors and guiding a team. Language: Ability to speak Spanish.
English is a plus.
