SantéVet is the market leader in pet health insurance in France and Belgium, with additional operations in Germany, Spain, and Italy. Founded in 2003 in Lyon by Jérôme Salord, the company now employs around 450 people across offices in Lyon, Lille and Barcelona.
SantéVet offers a range of practical yet comprehensive pet health insurance plans, renewed annually and covering illness, accidents, and preventive care. In France, these services are provided through three complementary brands: Acquire new customers independently via phone, working with qualified leads and selling pet health insurance to pet owners. Communicate with qualified leads through inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat.




Contribute to various internal projects within the team.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or phone-based sales/customer service role, with strong communication and customer handling skills.
Fluent German (required). Good English skills are a plus.
Familiarity with Office / Google tools
