* Define and implement the market access strategy in Spain. * Interact with hospitals, pharmacists, healthcare managers, and decision‑makers. * Support hospital evaluation, inclusion, and adoption processes. * Monitor market access dynamics and changes within the Spanish healthcare system. * Collaborate closely with Medical, Marketing, Commercial, and Regulatory teams. * Co‑ordinate access and onboarding processes for partners and customers. Requirements * Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Economics, Healthcare Management, or related field. * Experience in cardiac surgery and/or in hospital surgical environments. * Strong experience in Market Access, HEOR, hospital access, or related roles. * Good understanding of the Spanish healthcare and hospital environment. * Strong organizational and coordination skills. * Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.



* Spanish as your native language or fluent Spanish skills, both written and spoken. * Your English skills should be fluent, and you should be willing to use them professionally. * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital systems.
