As an AI Native Software Engineer reporting to the People Technology Manager in our People & Culture team, your purpose will be to work out what AI could do here that nobody has thought to ask for yet - and then build it.
This is a brand new role, so a lot of it is yours to define. Specifically, you will:
Experiment first. We have used AI for the things we already knew AI could do. Your job starts where that stops.
Build what you propose. Ideas are the starting point, not the deliverable. You will take concepts through to working proofs of concept.
