This role offers the opportunity to bring structure and scalability to a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce business.
You will take ownership of day-to-day operations while identifying opportunities to make processes more efficient and reliable.
The position spans multiple functions, including supply chain, logistics, fulfillment, customer service, recruiting, and internal operations.
You will build systems, workflows, and documentation that help teams operate with greater clarity and accountability.
Working closely across departments and with executive stakeholders, you will help turn operational challenges into practical solutions.

Accountabilities




Own and continuously improve day-to-day business operations across the organization.
Design, document, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and scalable operational systems.
Create and maintain clear processes and documentation using Notion.
Coordinate supply chain, logistics, third-party logistics (3PL), fulfillment, and customer service operations.
Identify operational bottlenecks, investigate root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Coordinate cross-functional projects, priorities, and dependencies to ensure timely execution.
Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and the operational setup of new employees.
Ensure team members have the appropriate systems, tools, permissions, and access required to perform their roles effectively.
Prepare operational reports and insights for executive stakeholders.
