Job Description:
The department is the organization in charge of designing, developing and delivering Training and Operations Support solutions required by Airbus Defence and Space Customers to operate efficiently and safely their Airbus military aircraft. In the frame of Operations Support solutions, and in order to achieve its mission, is responsible for providing the Flight Operations Manuals that the aircraft is flied with, as well as the Operations Support Services required to contribute to aircraft mission availability and mission success.
In order to support a challenging new project within Tankers Programme, and to retain capabilities with special emphasis in Flight Operations Support and Flight Operations Manuals, with the end user in the centre of our activity,
RESPONSIBILITIES
The job holder of this position will be in charge of ensuring that Flight Operations Manuals related to A330 MRTT+ (namely those related to flight crew and cabin crew) are produced and delivered OTOQOC, in accordance with relevant Program Directives and with the expectations on the end user side,



whilst ensuring that the Operators voice is heard and drives the required changes. This project is becoming relevant in the context of the Transport and Mission Aircraft portfolio and also because of the tight schedule. Likewise, Flight Operations Support requested by the Operators must be delivered at the same level of quality and of performance, with a direct link with the content and arrangement of the information given in the said Publications.
In order to achieve this target, he/she will perform his/her functions by:
Acting as product responsible in front of the Customer and the organization, leading and supporting as required any technical discussion related to A330 MRTT Flight Operations Manuals.
Leading and coordinating a team of subcontracted authors to produce and maintain the relevant technical content of the said manuals, whilst coordinating internally with the rest of the team
