About this role: The Maintenance Supervisor supervises and coordinates activities of all phases of the physical maintenance of an income producing multi-family property. This includes but is not limited to; the general maintenance of the property, daily cleaning of all common areas, completing all interior paints upon turnover of units, supervision of maintenance staff members (when applicable), prioritizing and assigning work schedules, expense control, and adherence to preventive maintenance programs and required state and federal safety programs.




- The Roving Maintenance Supervisor will provide coverage across multiple locations," "rotating between different sites," "supporting various teams as needed," "adaptable work location depending on project needs," and "on-site presence at different properties.
- A valid driver's license is required for this position, as job-related travel is an essential responsibility.

Hourly pay range/Salary range: $29.00 - $31.00 DOE What you’ll do - Includes but are not limited to:
- Directs in all aspects of property maintenance, including preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
- Prepares or assists in preparing all market-ready apartments in regard to painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs, housekeeping, etc. within 3 to 5 days after they have been vacated.
- Performs various preventative maintenance functions and records findings in maintenance log.
- Maintain accurate inventory control of tools, equipment and supplies. Team members are required to use all personal protective equipment as assigned and instructed, specifically back belts, goggles, dust mask, hard hats and gloves.
