The Role
Homologation makes a Stark road-legal in Europe, the US, Australia, Taiwan, Brazil, China and every market we open next. As Senior Homologation Engineer you will be the technical owner of that work: the Type Approval files, the COP programme, component and system certifications, and the direct relationship with technical services and approval authorities.

This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role at the centre of the company, coordinating with vehicle engineering, quality, production and commercial teams.

You will join a small, senior team that is scaling. There is a clear path to growing regulatory capability around you as Stark enters new markets.

What You’ll Do
Whole Vehicle Homologation

Own the Whole Vehicle Type Approval files under Regulation (EU) 168/2013: information documents, drawing packages and Certificates of Conformity.





Plan and execute homologation and certification in main non-EU markets, such as the US, Canada and Australia.

Manage base approvals and extensions through their full lifecycle.

Run the COP programme: manage the test schedule and execution in coordination with Quality.

Support homologation in new key markets, such as Latin America, China, Brazil, India, Korea and Japan.

Components and systems

Support certification for chargers, lighting devices, batteries and connected components.

Maintain the Technical File for compliance with the EU Batteries Regulation (EU) 2023/1542.

Design, engineering and cross-functional work

Deploy regulatory requirements into engineering early, including design reviews from the CAD stage.

Request, compare and negotiate quotations from technical services.

Monitor regulatory developments through industry associations and technical committees.
